We will all die one day,
everyone knows that.
But no one talks about how many little deaths we face along the way.
We mourn ourselves while still living,
burying pieces of ourselves long before the body finally gives up.
And maybe that’s why, when the last breath comes, it somehow feels strangely familiar, because we have been practicing our whole lives.
